Real-life tools, exercises, practices to use for life
You'll learn new tools, exercises, and practices that you can carry forward to support you in all seasons of motherhood. These will include journaling exercises, mindset tools & tips, and new routines that you'll implement in your life to sustain lasting change.
You’ll have up to twelve weeks to use your 10 coaching sessions.
We meet online for approximately 60 minutes on a private zoom call.
Outside of the live coaching calls, most of my clients spend about 1-2 hours on the program content and self-paced assignments on a weekly basis.
Absolutely! I do record the calls so you can always request to review them later (and I recommend you do!), but what we discuss stays between us.
